Job Responsibilities -
The HR Executive will be responsible for hiring candidates for IT roles such as developers, digital marketers, designers, and technical support staff.
Tasks include:
- Posting jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other portals
- Screening resumes
- Conducting initial HR interviews
- Scheduling technical interviews with managers
- Maintaining candidate database
2. Candidate Communication & Interview Coordination
The HR will communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Calling shortlisted candidates
- Explaining job roles and company details
- Scheduling interviews
- Providing interview feedback updates
- Maintaining professional communication
3. Employee Onboarding
Once candidates are selected, HR will manage the joining process.
Tasks include:
- Preparing offer letters
- Collecting employee documents
- Explaining company policies
- Conducting onboarding sessions
- Helping new employees settle into the company
4. Employee Performance Management
HR will help track employee performance to ensure productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring employee progress
- Maintaining performance records
- Supporting performance evaluation
- Coordinating with managers for feedback
- Helping employees improve skills
5. Talent Management
HR will work on identifying and developing employee talent.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding employee strengths
- Supporting employee growth
- Identifying training needs
- Helping build a strong team culture
6. HR Documentation & Compliance
HR will manage important employee records and HR documentation.
Tasks include:
- Maintaining employee files
- Updating HR databases
- Preparing joining documents
- Maintaining attendance and leave records
7. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture
HR will ensure employees feel motivated and comfortable in the workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing team activities
- Maintaining positive work environment
- Resolving employee concerns
- Supporting teamwork
8. Coordination with Management
HR will coordinate with management regarding staff planning and hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding manpower requirements
- Planning hiring strategies
- Providing recruitment updates to management
Required Skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic HR knowledge
- Recruitment experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge
Qualification
- MBA / BBA / Graduate in HR or related field
- Freshers can apply
- HR or recruitment experience will be an advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
