Spend time in the field to understand:

Ensure alignment between candidate capability, aspiration, and industry demand

Act as a bridge between companies, NGOs, candidates, and internal teams

Ensure smooth communication and execution across all stakeholders

Build long-term, trust-based relationships

Track hiring trends, skill demand, and industry requirements

Provide insights on how to better prepare candidates for real-world jobs

Measure and report both business metrics and social impact outcomes

4–5 years of experience in Business Analysis / Business Development / Partnerships
-
Strong experience in fieldwork, stakeholder engagement, and external partnerships
-
Exposure to or strong interest in NGO / social impact / skilling ecosystem
-
Proven ability to generate and convert leads
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
-
Ability to understand both business metrics and human realities
-
Comfortable with daily office presence + frequent field visits
Experience working with NGOs, skilling programs, or education/employment initiatives
Strong network in grassroots or social sector ecosystems
High empathy with strong execution capability
Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
