Job Description:
We are an experienced Fabrication Company looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor / Civil Engineer to oversee our ongoing fabrication projects, structural installations, and assist in planning future developments. The ideal candidate will combine strong on-site supervision skills with technical execution and project planning capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision: Manage and monitor daily on-site operations, ensuring work aligns with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Project Planning: Plan execution strategies, timelines, and resource allocation for current and upcoming projects.
- Team Coordination: Supervise laborers, coordinate with subcontractors, and report progress to management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering: Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision or planning.
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering: Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision or planning.
- AutoCAD Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD is highly preferred and will be a major advantage.
- Driving: Ability to drive a car with a valid driving license is a strong plus point (for site visits).
- Skills: Strong leadership, site management, and project scheduling skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- Starting Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
- Salary for Experienced Candidates: Salary increment will be based on your working knowledge and on-site performance.
- Perks: Separate Petrol Allowance will be provided for all official/site travel.
