Job Summary
M-TRANS Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused graduates to join our team as Client Relations Executives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with clients, and be willing to coordinate meetings and product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements.
- Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for successful demo execution.
- Follow up with clients and provide timely updates.
- Maintain records of client interactions and meeting schedules.
- Support business development and customer engagement activities.
- Travel to client locations when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
