To manage end-to-end project procurement activities including sourcing, vendor development, cost optimization, and
timely material availability for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement & Sourcing
- Handle end-to-end procurement for project materials, equipment, and services.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with project timelines.
- Float RFQs, analyze quotations, and conduct techno-commercial evaluations.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual terms with vendors.
2. Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors as per project requirements.
- Maintain vendor database and performance evaluation records.
- Ensure supplier compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
3. Cost Control & Budgeting
- Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and value engineering techniques.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations.
4. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, engineering, stores, and finance teams.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to project sites.
- Track material status and resolve supply chain delays proactively.
5. Contract & Documentation
- Prepare purchase orders (POs), contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and internal controls.
6. Inventory & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with stores for inventory planning and stock control.
- Ensure optimal stock levels to avoid shortages/excess inventory.
- Support logistics coordination for transportation and delivery schedules.
Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
