We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team and support our sales efforts through effective lead management and customer engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property information.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads to ensure continuous engagement and conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi (both verbal and written).
- Strong fluency in English is mandatory.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, pre-sales, or real estate sales will be preferred.
