Experience: 2-3 Years (Jewellery Industry).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for working with the marketing department and preparing client wise reports. Responsible to make party wise report and production status and submit it to sales person
2. Prepare quotation for clients, submit it to marketing team and mail to clients
3. Responsible for order processing, enter details in system – packing list details, order details, etc.
4. Responsible for tallying stock and maintain data.
6. Ensure the finished products entry is done accurately in system and proper record is maintained
7. Prepare packing list (Jewellery details like gold weight, diamond weight, color stone weight)
8. Receive order sheet from Sales and process order in system (EMR)
9. Dispatch of packing list, invoice and final product to customer
Communication & Working Relationship:
Internal: Sales & Marketing, Product Design.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate with minimum 2 years of work experience as Back office Executive in Jewelry industry. Should have advance excel knowledge. Must possess good communication skills.
Technical skills: Advance MS Excel, MS suite (Power point, MS word)
