About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, assessing, and onboarding quality talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements across functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment process from requisition to candidate joining.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and department heads.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary, prepare offer recommendations, and coordinate offer roll-out.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and manage pre-joining engagement.
Background Verification & Documentation
- Coordinate and complete background verification for all selected candidates.
- Verify employment records, educational qualifications, identity documents, and references.
- Ensure all pre-employment documents are collected and maintained accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and documentation.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and defined hiring SLAs.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external vendors whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and documentation standards.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Promote the organization's employer brand through various sourcing channels.
- Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and recruitment events as required.
Experience
- Experience in hiring across corporate, operations, sales, and technical functions will be an advantage.
