They are responsible for driving sales targets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and delivering high-quality customer service.
Core Responsibilities
- Team Management & Coaching: Conduct regular performance reviews, train new hires, and mentor staff to maximize productivity and maintain high morale.
- Sales & Business Development: Develop strategies to acquire new customers, cross-sell banking products (e.g., loans, credit cards), and meet daily or monthly revenue targets.
- Operations & Compliance: Monitor daily banking processes and enforce strict adherence to banking regulations, security protocols, and risk management guidelines.
- Customer Service Escalations: Handle complex customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build long-term relationships with high-value clients.
- Reporting: Analyze performance metrics and report on team productivity and branch profitability to senior management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
