2. Role Overview
The Project Manager – Site Operations will own the complete on-site execution lifecycle for light & sound shows, museums, and science centres from initial site mobilization to final handover. The role requires a hands-on engineering leader with deep expertise in electrical systems, structural/mechanical installations, AV and show control integration, vendor management, and multidisciplinary agency coordination.
3. Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Site Execution & Ownership: Own site execution end-to-end for light & sound shows, museums, and science centres — from initial mobilization through to final client handover.
2. Engineering Drawings & Technical Documentation: Prepare and implement Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), site layout plans, structural drawings, and fabrication drawings; update and maintain accurate as-built drawings at project closure.
3. Electrical Infrastructure Execution: Execute comprehensive electrical works, including Low Tension (LT) panels, Distribution Boards (DBs), cabling layout, earthing systems, load balancing, UPS/DG synchronization, and site weatherproofing.
4. Mechanical & Structural Supervision: Supervise structural and mechanical works, including poles, trusses, mounting frames, enclosures, interactive exhibits, and hardware technical installations.
5. Show System Installation & Integration: Install and integrate specialized show systems, including projection mapping setups, DMX architectural/stage lighting, multi-channel audio networks, media servers, and master show control systems.
6. Stakeholder & PMC Coordination: Coordinate with client PMCs, architects, and civil, interior, and MEP agencies for utility provisions, layout clearances, and execution sequencing.
7. Vendor & Manpower Management: Manage on-site vendors, subcontractors, and site manpower; verify physical measurement records and certify vendor/subcontractor bills.
8. Material Control & BOQ Reconciliation: Control site material flow and reconcile inventory against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ); raise material indents and implement measures to curb wastage.
9. Site Programme & Reporting: Maintain the site execution programme, track project milestones, and issue daily and weekly progress reports (DPR/WPR) along with active snag lists.
10. Commissioning, Compliance & Handover: Ensure complete system testing and commissioning, strict compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and statutory standards; prepare and maintain Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, maintenance schedules, and the final handover report.
4. Key Requirements & Competencies
· Electrical & Structural Expertise: Strong technical proficiency in SLDs, LT panels, DBs, cabling, earthing, load balancing, structural fabrication, and weatherproofing.
· Show Control & AV Integration: Hands-on expertise in installing and integrating high-lumen projection, DMX lighting, audio distribution, media servers, and automated show control systems.
· Site Leadership & Material Management: Proven capabilities in supervising site teams, contractor bill certification, BOQ reconciliation, material control, and cost minimization.
· Stakeholder Coordination: Demonstrated experience coordinating effectively with client PMCs, architects, and multidisciplinary MEP/civil contractors.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
