Job Title: Business Development Executive (1–2 Years Experience)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven business development executive with 1–2 years of experience to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Understand client needs and offer customized solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Track market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Good understanding of sales pipelines and conversion strategies
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in B2B sales (preferred in industries like IT, SaaS, EdTech, etc.)
- Ability to handle client objections and close deals independently
