We are looking for a talented Illustrator who specializes in character design, poses, and scene creation for animation projects. The ideal candidate should be able to bring stories to life through expressive characters and visually engaging environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and illustrate characters, poses, and expressions for animation
- Create dynamic scenes and backgrounds based on storyboards
- Develop multiple character poses for animation sequences
- Maintain consistency in character design across frames
- Collaborate with animators and scriptwriters to visualize scenes
- Prepare layered files for smooth animation workflow
- Revise designs based on feedback and production needs
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio in character design and scene illustration
- Ability to draw anatomy, expressions, and dynamic poses
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Understanding of animation pipelines and storyboard concepts
- Creativity with attention to detail and storytelling
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on 2D animation projects or YouTube content
- Knowledge of rigging-friendly character design
- Basic understanding of motion, timing, and camera angles
- Experience with tools like Toon Boom, After Effects, or Blender (2D/3D)
