Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimation & Billing Engineer with 9–10 years of experience in civil construction estimation and billing. The candidate will be responsible for preparing estimates, BOQs, quantity calculations, billing, measurements, and coordinating with site and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project estimates, BOQ, and quantity take-offs.
- Prepare and verify client and contractor bills.
- Check site measurements and ensure accurate billing.
- Understand and interpret civil/structural drawings.
- Prepare rate analysis and cost calculations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers.
- Verify completed work at site for billing purposes.
- Maintain measurement sheets, billing records, and project documentation.
- Monitor quantities and identify variations in project work.
- Prepare regular estimation and billing reports for management.
Requirements
- 9–10 years of relevant experience in Estimation & Billing.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and quantity surveying.
- Good understanding of BOQ, measurements, rate analysis, and billing.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good coordination, calculation, and communication skills.
Salary
₹45,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
