Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, doctors, corporate organizations, and business partners.
- Promote the hospital's healthcare services and packages to individuals and organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, health camps, and promotional events.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and track lead conversions.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales and marketing (healthcare or hospital experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and generate new business.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.
