Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts cum Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, preparing invoices, and supporting back-office operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally Prime/ERP.
- Prepare sales and purchase invoices.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and financial transactions.
- Perform data entry and maintain office records.
- Coordinate with customers and vendors for payments and documentation.
- Handle email correspondence and prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Support general administrative and back-office activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in Accounts and Back Office Operations.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP software.
- Knowledge of payroll processing.
- Experience in vendor and customer coordination.
