Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and on boarding top talent to support business goals. You will play a critical role in driving our hiring strategies and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Job Postings and Descriptions: Creating and publishing job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and Shortlisting: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and narrowing down candidates based on role requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Scheduling and organizing interviews with hiring managers, panels, or leadership.
- Offer Negotiation and Issuance:
- Drafting, reviewing, and issuing offer letters and employment contracts.
- Communicating compensation, benefits, and other job details with selected candidates.
2. Onboarding and Induction:
- Coordinating pre-joining formalities like document collection, background verification.
- Organizing new hire orientations to familiarize employees with company policies and culture.
3. Maintaining Employee Data:
- HRIS Management:
- Recording and updating employee information, such as personal details, joining details, and role changes.
- Tracking probation, confirmations, and contract renewals.
- Maintaining documentation for compliance purposes, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and verification documents.
4. Exit Formalities:
- Resignation Handling: Accepting resignation letters and initiating the offboarding process.
- Clearance Process: Coordinating with various departments for no-dues clearance.
- Exit Interviews: Conducting interviews to gather feedback and improve the recruitment process.
- Document Issuance: Preparing and issuing relieving letters, experience certificates.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensuring adherence to labor laws and organizational policies during recruitment and offboarding.
- Generating recruitment and attrition reports to analyze trends and improve processes.
6. Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and talent expectations.
- Acting as a liaison between employees, leadership, and external recruitment agencies when required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for identifying and on boarding top talent.

Pay: ₹9,817.28 - ₹20,000.00 per month
