A School Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day academic and administrative activities of the school. The role involves supporting teachers, students, and parents to ensure smooth school operations and maintain educational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate academic and administrative activities of the school.
- Monitor teacher performance and classroom activities.
- Prepare and manage class schedules, timetables, and school events.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and school programs.
- Assist in student admissions, attendance monitoring, and record maintenance.
- Organize examinations, meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations.
- Support the Principal/Management in achieving school goals.
- Handle student and parent concerns professionally.
- Prepare reports and maintain school documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Ed. preferred).
- Master's Degree is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
