Smartway Entertainment is an e-commerce service provider helping sellers and brands launch, manage, and grow their online business on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Marketplace Executive who can independently manage seller accounts, product listings, marketplace promotions, account operations, reporting, and sales improvement activities while working remotely.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketplace promotions and sales improvement activities on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
Handle Amazon promotional tools such as Coupons, Deals, Price Discounts, and Sponsored Ads.
Handle Flipkart promotions, offers, pricing updates, and Flipkart Ads wherever applicable.
Handle Meesho pricing, offers, visibility improvement, and available promotional tools.
Manage day-to-day operations of seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
Create and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, images, attributes, pricing, and inventory.
Monitor listing status, inactive or suppressed products, account health issues, order-related concerns, inventory, and marketplace notifications.
Analyse low-performing products and suggest improvements in listing quality, pricing, keywords, offers, promotions, advertising, and visibility.
Raise and follow up on seller support cases related to listing, catalogue, inventory, pricing, or account issues.
Prepare daily and weekly account updates and performance reports.
Coordinate online with clients and management regarding pending tasks, promotions, issues, and growth-related actions.
Maintain daily task updates and remain available during working hours through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
Required Skills:
Hands-on practical experience in Amazon Seller Central.
Practical knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Supplier Panel.
Strong knowledge of product listing, catalogue management, keyword optimisation, pricing updates, inventory management, and marketplace operations.
Practical knowledge of marketplace promotion tools, including Amazon Coupons, Deals, Price Discounts, Sponsored Ads, Flipkart promotions or ads tools, and Meesho promotional features.
Ability to analyse sales performance and suggest practical improvements for low-performing products.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to independently manage multiple seller accounts remotely.
Basic professional communication skills for client updates through WhatsApp and email.
Work From Home Requirements:
Candidate must have their own laptop or desktop.
Candidate must have a stable internet connection.
Candidate must be available online during working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Candidate must share daily task updates and weekly performance reports.
Candidate should be comfortable attending online meetings and coordinating regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience with an e-commerce agency or marketplace account management company.
Knowledge of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Meesho promotions.
Knowledge of Amazon FBA, Easy Ship, Account Health, Brand Registry, Category Approval, and Seller Support case handling.
Knowledge of tools like Helium10, Drona, or any reporting/dashboard tool will be an added advantage.
Candidate Requirement:
Candidate must be comfortable handling Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller accounts independently.
Candidate should have practical knowledge of both listing operations and marketplace promotions.
Candidate must be disciplined, responsive, and capable of working independently from home.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
