Tech Services Solutions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Telecall Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales experience, and the ability to convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential customers and generate sales.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Update customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams.
- Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly work reports.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of Telecalling or Sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
