Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Bidder who can generate business through online platforms and convert leads into projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of client requirements in the construction/design/IT domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and similar portals
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals
- Communicate with clients and handle negotiations professionally
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline
- Coordinate with the internal team for project execution
- Maintain records of bids, responses, and conversions
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of bidding on freelance platforms
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand project scope quickly
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Docs
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling clients for IT / Architecture / Construction projects
- Knowledge of proposal writing and cost estimation
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
