Position: Project Manager cum co-ordinator
Location: Ranchi
Qualification: BE civil
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years
· Worked Minimum 5 years as Project Manager
· Work as Head of the construction technical.
· In Some Project worked as Co-ordinator also, like Handle Architect, PMC, contractor, Material arrangement with Purchase as per requirement of Site.
· We will not monitor his day to day Basis. He will himself a work as Head of technical side as well as Site work as per Schedule.
· Decision making capability & ownership responsibility for site.
· Handled big projects more than 100 cr.
Required Skills: Leadership, technical knowledge of civil works, AutoCAD proficiency, and contract negotiation, Strong site supervision, compliance and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
