Job Title: Office Assistant
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Fill and maintain drinking water bottles and pantry supplies.
- Keep the pantry, office desks, and common areas clean and organized.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms and serving refreshments during meetings.
- Handle basic office support tasks as assigned by the administration team.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in office premises.
- Support staff with day-to-day office requirements.
- Assist in handling courier deliveries and office materials when required.
Requirements:
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Neat, punctual, and responsible in work.
- Ability to manage pantry and office support activities efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
