Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
· Monitor the flow of service and guest interactions, ensuring all service standards are met and exceeded.
· Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
· Address any operational issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
· Assist in managing restaurant budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue through effective financial oversight.
· Monitor daily sales, labor costs, and inventory levels, ensuring that resources are optimized for profitability.
· Oversee ordering and inventory control for food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
· Work with the Restaurant Manager to create and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance guest engagement.
· Lead, mentor, and supervise all front-of-house staff, including Floor Supervisors, Captains, Senior Captains, servers, and hosts.
· Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all staff are well-versed in service standards, menu knowledge, and guest interaction protocols.
· Provide feedback and coaching to staff, ensuring continuous improvement in performance and service delivery.
· Assist in staff scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing levels for all shifts based on business needs.
· Address guest complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and ensuring that any service failures are rectified.
· Develop strategies to improve guest loyalty and enhance the overall guest experience through personalized service and attention to detail.
· Take charge of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, making key operational decisions as needed.
· Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure consistent quality in food and beverage offerings.
· Lead by example in setting a high standard for professionalism, work ethic, and service excellence.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
