1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
2. Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
3. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all applicants.
4. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, establish job requirements, and develop job descriptions.
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring managers, and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Familiarity with healthcare roles and qualifications is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
