About the Role
Hackingly is looking for a Team Lead – MERN Stack Developer to lead a small development team while building and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise, leadership skills, and experience delivering production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the development team.
- Develop scalable APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and Prisma ORM.
- Design and optimize MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
- Build and maintain React.js components when required.
- Debug, enhance, and maintain existing applications.
- Implement JWT Authentication and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Integrate payment gateways (preferably Razorpay).
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, testing, and timely delivery.
