Position Title: Civil 3D Modeller – Landscaping, Utilities & Roads

Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Civil 3D Modeller to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate 3D models and design drawings for landscaping, utilities, and road infrastructure projects. The role requires expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D and strong collaboration skills to support multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality project outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and update 3D models and 2D drawings for landscaping, utilities, and roadworks using Autodesk Civil 3D.
- Prepare and manage grading plans, road alignments, profiles, and corridor modelling.
- Generate construction drawings, sections, and quantity take-offs (BOQ).
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other design professionals to ensure project accuracy.
- Ensure all modelling and drafting work adheres to BIM standards and project guidelines.
- Support in clash detection, interdisciplinary coordination, and design integration.
- Maintain version control and proper documentation of all design files.
- Assist in preparing presentations, visualizations, and reports for client and management reviews.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of modelling standards, templates, and processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil 3D Modeller.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D (mandatory).
- Experience in modelling roads, drainage, sewer, water supply, and landscaping works.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, Infraworks (preferred).
- Familiarity with international design codes and standards (AASHTO, IRC, BS, etc.).
- Understanding of BIM workflows and data management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
- Experience with urban infrastructure, highways, and landscaping projects.
- Knowledge of Revit, MicroStation, or Open Roads.
- Exposure to 3D visualization tools for presentations and rendering.
