About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team as ERP Consultants. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in ERP implementation, business consulting, customer support, and digital transformation.
As an ERP Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, assist in ERP implementation, provide user training, and ensure successful software adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business processes and operational requirements.
- Assist in ERP software implementation and deployment.
- Configure ERP modules as per client requirements.
- Conduct software demonstrations and user training sessions.
- Provide functional support to clients through calls, remote sessions, and on-site visits.
- Coordinate with the Development and Technical Support teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare implementation documents, user manuals, and project reports.
- Perform data migration and validation during implementation.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.
Eligibility
- BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc., MBA, MCA, BE/B.Tech, or equivalent.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with ERP, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, or Inventory knowledge will have an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn ERP software and business processes.
- Basic understanding of SQL and databases is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client implementations, if required.
