1. Plan and organize the setup of the DOJO training room to ensure a conducive learning environment.
2. Arrange and maintain all training materials, tools, and equipment required for practical sessions.
3. Ensure all safety and operational standards are followed during setup and training activities.
4. Deliver effective and engaging training sessions for SKD workers through classroom demonstrations, and practical exercises.
5. Facilitate both physical training in DOJO room & virtual training on the shop floor through the training modules.
6. He will responsible to identify training needs and skill gaps after discussion with supervisor and production engineer and final approval given by SKD HOD.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
