We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hospital Administration Faculty to deliver engaging online training for our Diploma in Hospital Administration program.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live, interactive online classes for Diploma in Hospital Administration students.
- Teach the curriculum using practical healthcare scenarios, case studies, and real-world examples.
- Mentor students by providing academic guidance, assignment support, and career insights.
- Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, and evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop, update, and enhance training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Encourage active participation and maintain a positive virtual learning environment.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus while maintaining teaching standards.
Qualifications
- MBA in Hospital Administration, MHA (Master of Hospital Administration), or Master's Degree in Hospital Administration.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Operations, or Healthcare Training (required)
- Prior experience in teaching, corporate training, or conducting online classes will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners effectively.
- Experience using online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
- Professional, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality education.
Work Schedule
- Remote / Work from Home
- Evening classes
- Approximately 5–6 hours per week
- Flexible schedule based on batch timings
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
