HR Recruitment Intern
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruitment Intern to join our team. If you are passionate about talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and helping organizations build strong teams, we would love for you to be a part of The Impact Engine.
Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is eager to learn the fundamentals of recruitment and hiring. You should be a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys interacting with people, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in sourcing talent, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting end-to-end recruitment activities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post and manage job advertisements across various job boards and social media platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and hiring updates.
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Additional Details
- Work Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid/ Remote
- 3- 6 month period
Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month
