Key responsibilities:
Incentive Calculation & Validation (Core Focus)
- Assist in end-to-end incentive calculations for assigned countries.
- Validate country-submitted incentive data and ensure alignment with approved incentive plans.
- Cross-check KPIs, targets, slabs, and eligibility criteria.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate to countries for resolution.
Incentive Circular Governance
- Review and validate incentive circulars for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure adherence to global incentive guidelines and templates.
- Track and highlight deviations; support corrective actions.
Governance & Compliance (E/S Plan Alignment)
- Ensure incentive processes are aligned with E/S plans.
- Maintain templates, trackers, and audit trails for incentive processes.
- Support governance reviews and documentation.
Employee-wise Incentive Payout Management
- Prepare and validate employee-level incentive payout files.
- Ensure accurate payout breakups across components.
- Support final validation before submission to Finance.
Incentive Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare monthly incentive analytics and reports.
- Track performance vs payout and highlight key trends/variances.
- Support management reporting and insights related to incentive effectiveness.
Sales Data Management & Reporting (Secondary Focus)
- Support sales data consolidation and validation across markets.
- Assist in preparation of sales dashboards and periodic reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
Sales Analytics Support
- Assist in analysing sales performance trends, productivity, and KPIs.
- Support ad-hoc data requests from business stakeholders.
- Generate basic insights to support decision-making.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with SFE, Finance, HR, and country teams for data inputs and validations.
- Ensure timelines are met for both incentive and reporting deliverables.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify gaps in incentive and sales data processes.
- Support automation initiatives (Excel tools, trackers, dashboards).
- Drive standardization across markets.
