- Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled and passionate Technical Trainer for Mechanical and Civil Design projects. The candidate will work on real-time client company projects and provide practical training for students and freshers. The role includes handling design projects, training students in industry-standard software, and developing technical skills based on current industrial requirements.
- Key Responsibilities
- Work on real-time Mechanical and Civil client company projects.
- Train students in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Revit, STAAD Pro, and SketchUp.
- Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions.
- Guide students in project work, industrial standards, and technical concepts.
- Prepare design drawings, models, and project documentation.
- Support students in improving technical and professional skills for placements.
- Coordinate with project and training teams to ensure quality training delivery.
- Maintain project reports, training materials, and student assessments.
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge in Mechanical and Civil Design concepts.
- Proficiency in CAD and design software.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle both project execution and student training.
- Knowledge of industrial standards and real-time project workflow.
- Qualification
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech / any degree
- Salary Details
- Freshers Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹28,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 30% salary hike from the last drawn salary based on performance and experience
