Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) for students requiring additional support.
- Work closely with facilitators to identify student needs and implement appropriate learning strategies.
- Monitor and document student progress and review ILPs regularly.
- Coordinate with parents, counsellors, special educators, and external professionals when required.
- Guide teachers on differentiation, accommodations, and inclusive classroom practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and intervention documentation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide progress updates to school leadership.
- Promote an inclusive, supportive, and student-centred learning environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
