- Respond promptly to inbound leads from websites, portals, and marketing campaigns.
- Execute cold and warm calling, WhatsApp messaging, and email outreach to generate interest.
- Maintain a deep understanding of project details (amenities, pricing, location, benefits).
- Guide prospective clients through property tours, presenting project highlights and value propositions.
- Negotiate property prices, payment terms, and contract conditions to achieve sales targets.
- Nurture relationships after site visits, handle client objections, and drive booking closures.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
