As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and timelines.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with cloud computing environments and scalable architecture design.
- Strong knowledge of both frontend and backend development frameworks and tools.
- Ability to design and optimize data pipelines and workflows within a unified analytics platform.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues efficiently.
