We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet potential customers, conduct site visits, explain solar solutions, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Conduct initial site assessments and collect customer requirements.
- Explain solar system benefits, ROI, subsidy schemes, and financing options.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and present quotations to customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/sales reports.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build relationships with channel partners, builders, societies, and businesses.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25000 per month (based on experience)
