Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintaining a strong talent pool for quick hiring
- Scheduling interviews (online/offline)
- Ensuring candidates attend interviews on time
- Following up on interview feedback
- Following up until the candidate joins the company
- Managing dropouts or offer declines
- Maintaining conversion ratio (joining vs offered candidates)
- Helping bring new clients or job requirements
- Supporting senior recruiters
- Sometimes calling for screening
- Meeting daily/weekly hiring targets
- Submitting reports on submissions, interviews, and closures
- Working under performance-based KPIs
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation required
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic working knowledge of Excel
- Internship in HR related role will be an added advantage.
- Salary (18K-25K) depending on experience.
