The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapy interventions to help individuals—particularly children with developmental delays or disabilities—achieve functional independence in daily living, learning, play, and social participation. The OT will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to promote holistic development and improve the quality of life of clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT) from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the relevant council/licensing authority.
- Minimum 1 years of clinical experience (experience in pediatrics/developmental disorders preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sensory integration therapy, fine/gross motor development, and functional rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Empathy, patience, and ability to engage effectively with children and family
