Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive client acquisition, business growth, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, business development, or client acquisition and possess excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and other business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Conduct field visits and schedule client meetings.
- Generate showroom visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Present company products and solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage client follow-ups, quotations, and project discussions through CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in building materials, interiors, furniture, construction, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
- Own two-wheeler and laptop are mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
