Job Description: Proposal Writer - Fresher's
Location: Trichy (Office-based)
Shift: US Business Hours (Night Shift) 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM
Note to Candidates: This role is strictly onsite in Tiruchirappalli. Please apply only if you are willing to work from the office.
Qualification: Any Degree (Arts, Science, Commerce, or Engineering)
About the Role
As a Proposal Writer Trainee, your job is to help our company find and win new proposal projects from the United States. You will be trained to search for the right business opportunities (Bids) on official websites and prepare professional documents to apply for those projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Searching for Opportunities (Sourcing): You will use specialized websites and portals to find "Tenders" or "Bids" that match our company’s services.
- Reading Requirements: You will carefully read the client's request to understand what kind of workers or technology they need.
- Drafting Proposals: You will write simple and clear documents explaining why our company is the best choice for the project.
- Formatting Resumes: You will edit and format the resumes of our employees to make them look professional and match the client's needs.
- Checking Quality: You will double-check your work for spelling mistakes, grammar, and correct page numbers before submitting.
- Learning the Process: You will attend training sessions to learn about the US IT industry and how government bidding works.
Must Have Skills
- Good Writing Skills: You should be able to write sentences in English that are easy to read and grammatically correct.
- Sourcing Skills: You should be good at using Google and other search engines to find specific information quickly.
- Attention to Detail: You must be careful to follow instructions exactly as they are written in the client's document.
- Basic Computer Knowledge: You should be comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
- Interest in Learning: Since this is a trainee role, you must be eager to learn new business terms and US work culture.
- Shift Commitment: You must be willing to work the Night Shift (US Timings) to stay in touch with our international clients.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
