Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable domestic holiday packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
- Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate bookings for hotels, transport, flights, and sightseeing.
- Upsell travel services to maximize revenue.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after booking.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in domestic travel sales.
- Good knowledge of Indian travel destinations.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare itineraries and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
Working Details:
Working Days: 6 Days
Timing: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Location: Janakpuri, Delhi
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
