Job Title: Business Development Consultant
Location: Coimbatore
Duration: 6 Months
Salary: ₹15,000/month
(Performance-based increase to ₹20,000 after 6 months)
Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and self-driven individuals who enjoy connecting with people and are interested in heritage, history, nature and meaningful conversations. This role focuses on relationship building, lead engagement and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with warm leads and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support business growth through communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the internal team for client handling and updates
- Maintain lead and client records using basic Excel tools
Requirements
- Excellent communication and spoken English
- Self-driven, patient and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal and conversation skills
- Interest in heritage, nature, ecology or history is an added advantage
- Comfortable using basic Excel
Important Note
- This is not a tele-calling or cold-calling role
- Candidates should be comfortable with people interaction and relationship building
- South India candidates preferred
