As we continue to scale our teams across sales, tech, and operations, we are looking to strengthen our talent acquisition function with a dedicated Recruiter who can bring the right people into the right roles at the right time.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should understand modern hiring practices, be comfortable with fast-paced recruitment cycles, and have a strong instinct for identifying talent that fits both skill and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Ensure smooth onboarding process for selected candidates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring needs
- Support employer branding initiatives when required
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined deadlines
Qualification & Skills:
✔ Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
✔ 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition preferred
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Good understanding of hiring platforms and sourcing techniques
✔ Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings
✔ Strong negotiation and coordination skills
✔ Freshers with strong interest in HR and hiring may also apply
