About the Role
Seven Wealth E Resources Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition. You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for both IT and Non-IT positions while supporting various HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage bulk hiring and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist with HR operations and employee engagement activities.
- Create recruitment-related content for social media platforms.
- Strengthen the company's employer branding across digital channels.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Apna.
- Resume screening and interview coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Knowledge of bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
- Understanding of HR operations and onboarding processes.
- Social media management and content creation skills.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR will be an added advantage.
