Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Drive residential and commercial Manpower Facility Services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Generate leads through various channels (digital, offline & referrals)
2. Team Management
- Lead, training, and motivate the sales team
- Set individual and team targets
- Monitor performance and provide coaching
- Conduct regular sales meetings and reviews
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Handle high-value negotiations and closures
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle
4. Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Residential, Corporate Organization, Hospital, Manufacturing and channel partners
- Expand market reach.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Track KPIs and sales performance metrics
- Maintain CRM data and sales pipeline
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,
- 3–8+ years of experience in Facility Management services /corporate.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
