- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain real estate projects, features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project details.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain customer records.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Update lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain good relationships with prospective customers.
Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is preferred.
- Willingness to work with sales targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Qualification: Any degree preferred.
