ROLE OVERVIEW
As an experienced HR Executive, you will serve as a key people leader within the organization, driving end-to-end HR strategy, vendor coordination and execution across the employee lifecycle. You will oversee core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational growth.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business leaders, department heads, and external partners to deliver effective HR solutions. You will address workforce challenges, strengthen organizational processes, and ensure smooth execution of HR policies and best practices across the company.
You will also play a key advisory and mentoring role, supporting managers and employees through HR processes, fostering a positive work culture, and improving overall employee experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
· Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment vendors.
· Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical interview rounds.
· Follow up with candidates and hiring managers until onboarding completion.
· Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.
· Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Vendor Coordination
· Coordinate with recruitment consultancies, background verification vendors, payroll vendors, and training providers.
· Manage vendor communications, follow-ups, agreements, and performance tracking.
· Ensure timely closure of hiring requirements through vendor support.
HR Operations
· Handle onboarding, induction, documentation, and employee record management.
· Manage attendance, leave tracking, employee database, and HRMS updates.
· Support payroll input preparation and employee lifecycle management.
· Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
Employee Engagement & General HR Activities
· Organize employee engagement activities, events, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
· Address employee concerns and coordinate with management for resolutions.
· Support performance appraisal and employee feedback processes.
· Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain HR documentation.
· Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and compliance activities.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
· Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good vendor management and coordination skills.
· Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and job portals.
· Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
- Experience in IT recruitment and general HR activities is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance processes preferred.
