The candidate will be responsible for counselling leads, understanding their career goals, recommending relevant programs, and supporting them throughout the enrollment process.
Also We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent English communication skills to provide professional support to customers through phone, email, and chat. The candidate must be willing to work in the US shift and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
