Core Requirements

- Experience: Typically 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including prior supervisory or team-lead roles.
- Skills: Strong leadership, mechanical troubleshooting, and proficiency with production management software and Microsoft Office.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of ISO standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and local health and safety regulations.
