Manpower Planning
Recruit site staff through various channels which may include but not limited to:
Ø Referrals
Ø Daily Wage Worker
Ø Consultancy
Submit recruitment files on weekly basis along with copy of ID cards and address proof.
Manage shortfall of manpower at site & curb the shortfall within 2-3 working days.
Take TIC / ESI no. of all staff recruited by them within one week.
Site Management
Coordinate with supervisors at site and maintain site standards. · Visit site once in two months during night if site is operation 24*7. · Visit sites as per the schedule and audit the attendance sheet. · Send the current location of all site visits in WhatsApp group. · Submit attendance till 2nd of every month in case of holiday the attendance shall be submitted on next working day.
Settle site issues, housekeeping staff issues & machine issues, in coordination with back- end.
Submit manpower database daily in morning with Backend via email/call/WhatsApp.
Submit weekly site visit reports. Ensure Log-Book is maintained at site by Supervisors
Administrative works
Ensure all the new recruited staff should have I-cards, uniforms, shoes.
Issue sub stock on weekly basis during scheduled meeting day as per the request given through backend.
Co-ordinate with office and site staff for TIC delivery, cheque collection, ATM distribution, and salary slip distribution if applicable with planned visit schedule.
Review site staff ID cards, uniform and ESI card status at the time
Business Development:
Generate new business and at the same time ensure organic growth.
Prepare cost proposal, for new tenders and existing clients.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
